* Remuneration: Competitive base + commission + bonus (£40k OTE)

This Is Your Mission
As our Gym Sales Manager, you’ll be the engine behind revenue growth and the heartbeat of a motivating club culture. You’ll drive lead generation and membership sales, inspire your team to exceed goals, and help every member feel genuinely welcomed and supported.
What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership & Growth
* Drive membership revenue — identify, nurture, and convert leads into loyal members.
* Set and exceed ambitious monthly sales targets for the sales team.
* Oversee all phases of the sales cycle: outreach, tours, consultations, closing, follow-up.
* Coach, motivate, and build a top-performing sales and service team.
* Lead by example and cultivate a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement.
* Report weekly on leads, joins and retention KPIs.
* Partner with our marketing agency to align campaigns with in-club activity.
Customer Experience & Club Culture
* Create a warm, welcoming space where members feel supported and valued.
* Be a visible, active presence on the gym floor — greeting members, supporting their goals, and solving challenges with empathy.
Brand & Local Engagement
* Represent our club at community and local events.
* Support outreach, partnerships and local initiatives to grow awareness and bring in new business.
Operational Excellence
* Support day-to-day club operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organisational excellence.
What You Bring
✔ A passion for people, fitness, and storytelling that turns interest into action
✔ Proven sales experience — track record of hitting or exceeding goals
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills — you inspire others to perform
✔ A positive, can-do attitude with flexibility to work varied hours (including weekends)
✔ Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM systems and reporting tools
✔ Previous fitness or service‐industry background a plus (not mandatory)
