Mosaic Trainer – Interim Contract (Outside IR35)
Location: Hybrid (Halifax – with flexible remote working)
Rate: £400 – £425 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 20th April 2026 – 20th September 2026
Working Pattern: Hybrid (mix of on-site delivery and remote work)

Seven Resourcing are recruiting for experienced Mosaic Trainers to support a major system rollout within a local authority environment. This is a high-impact interim opportunity focused on driving user adoption, delivering effective training, and ensuring staff are confident using Mosaic across multiple service areas.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training to support the implementation of Mosaic across Adults, Children’s, and Finance services. Working closely with subject matter experts and operational teams, you will ensure training content aligns with real-world workflows and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver tailored Mosaic training sessions to staff across multiple directorates
* Develop training materials including user guides, presentations, and e-learning content
* Conduct training needs analysis to inform rollout strategy and delivery plans
* Support a train-the-trainer approach to enable internal teams to continue training post go-live
* Work closely with SMEs and project teams to ensure training reflects system functionality and service requirements
* Provide support during UAT phases, including walkthroughs, drop-in sessions, and user guidance
* Continuously update and improve training materials based on feedback and system changes
* Deliver training in line with project timelines and go-live milestones
* Evaluate training effectiveness and capture feedback for ongoing improvement
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering Mosaic training across Adults, Children’s, and Finance services
* Strong understanding of Mosaic functionality and system workflows
* Experience creating and delivering both classroom-based and digital training
* Ability to explain complex processes clearly to a wide range of users
* Experience developing e-learning content and training resources
* Exposure to finance processes and ability to create finance-related training materials
* Experience working within public sector environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
