Position overview
An Amazon Adventure Supervisor is to assist and lead in the effective running of Amazon Adventure and the smooth and successful running of all section areas within each session, ensuring a safe and fun environment for all our customers.
Specific Areas of Responsibility
Supervisor
The same skills, tasks and expectations are required as below, with the addition of;
* Leading the team by example demonstrating a good work ethic throughout the day
* Motivating the team with a positive approach to work and duties
* Always displaying the highest level of customer service and standards
* Ensure all staff are proficient and accurate working on the Admission and Catering tills
* Supervising staff ensuring tasks and roles within a session are being followed and completed to a high standard
* Dealing with any customer complaints on the day
* Ensuring, and assisting where necessary, the tills are read correctly at the end of each day
* Ensuring staff are actively cleaning during sessions
* Ensuring all H&S daily checks are completed
* Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the day
* Ensuring the site is opened on time and all opening procedures are followed
* Ensure the site is locked, alarmed and secured upon closing
General
* Dealing with members of the public always ensuring good customer service skills
* Assisting and/or hosting birthday parties and events ensuring we meet customer expectations
* Always adhering to company policies and, if required, requesting a Manager in instances where a customer questions or challenges a policy
Cleaning
* General but thorough cleaning of Amazon Adventure including, hoovering, clearing and cleaning tables, washing up, loading and unloading the dishwasher, clearing foam balls and returning them to the frame, cleaning toilets
Admissions
* Welcome customers ensuring a smooth and efficient entry
* Competent using the booking software and system
* Checking memberships are valid via the till system software and being vigilant checking membership photos match
Catering
* Receiving, recording and putting deliveries away
* Labelling and dating food ensuring accuracy at all times
* Serving hot/cold drinks and snacks at the servery
* Preparing hot and cold food, always complying with Food Safety laws and systems

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £16,357.77 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
