Pulse have recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Formulary Support Pharmacy Technician, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Lincoln, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As a Formulary Support Pharmacy Technician, you will beworking in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service.

Your main responsibilities as a Formulary Support Pharmacy Technician:
11. Manage the Formulary Process
12. Support the Medicines Information Service
13. Co-ordinate the implementation and management of NICE TA Impact Assessment swith the formulary
14. Work collaboratively with others to promote rational drug prescribing and to encourage safe, appropriate and economic prescribing for patients
15. Audit Formulary compliancetrain pharmacy staff on Formulary issues
What we are looking for in a Breast Care Nurse:
16. NVQ3, BTEC in pharmaceutical science or equivalent
17. Knowledge of pharmaceutical technical procedures for specialist area to degree or equivalent level acquired though training
18. Professional registration with the GPhC (or eligible for registration)
