Conveyancing Assistant
Location: Whitchurch, nr. Basingstoke, Hampshire | Full-Time, Office-Based | Salary: £25,500 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)

What we're looking for:
* Experience in a conveyancing department
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear communication with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
* Confident use of online portals; familiarity with Land Registry and Companies House processes a plus
Your role:
* Assist with residential property transactions
* Update case progress on online portals
* Support exchange and completion procedures
* Submit filings to Companies House
* Manage leasehold tasks
* Ensure compliance with lender requirements and file archiving
* Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
