Manufacturing Operator - Night Shift
Location: Perth (On-site)
Pay Rate: 17.50 per hour (13.46 plus 30% shift allowance)
Contract: Full-time, 9-month fixed term (potential for extensions)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 20:30pm - 07:00am

We are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operators on behalf of a well-established and fast-paced production environment based in Perth.

What You'll Be Doing
* Operating machinery and supporting production line activities
* Following clear procedures and work instructions to ensure quality output
* Handling, filling, sealing and labelling products
* Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
* Completing production records accurately
* Preparing goods for packaging and dispatch
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Working closely with colleagues to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
* Experience in manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on role (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely
* A team player with good communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Basic IT skills (Word/Excel)
* A positive, proactive and dependable approach to work
