Due to heavy workload the client now needs temporary staff to support the team. Your role will focus on providing support to pension members.
You will be taking client calls and responding to client emails regarding their pensions. \n\nYour role:\n\nTaking client calls in a professional manner\nDeliver excellent customer service to clients via email\nChecking the client's confidential information\nAssist clients to get on line to their pension accounts\nUpdating the database\nGeneral administration dutiesThe person:\n\nPrevious customer service experience in an office environment\nProven experience of managing volume customer calls\nAble to produce professional email responses\nClear criminal and credit history \nDesire to deliver excellent customer service\nStrong IT skills\nPatience to talk customers through technical information\nQuick to learnA full credit check and criminal records check needs to be cleared before you can take on this assignment with our client
