Responsibilities:
* Collaborative Project Engagement: Work closely with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Product Specialists to gather and understand clients' business requirements. Participate actively in project planning and execution phases.
* Solution Design and Implementation: Document and implement tailored solutions that align with clients' needs and project objectives. Leverage technical expertise to configure and deploy the company's KYC products, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems.
* Platform Deployment and Upgrades: Assist in the implementation or upgrading of the company's SaaS platform for clients, utilizing various integration methods such as API, SFTP, and other internal solutions. Ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to client operations during deployment activities.
* Technical Support and Training: Provide ongoing technical support to clients, including troubleshooting issues, conducting training sessions, and addressing queries related to product functionality and configuration. Act as a subject matter expert and a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation process and beyond.
* Quality Assurance and Testing: Participate in testing activities to validate solution performance and ensure compliance with established quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or bugs identified during the testing phase.
* Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the enhancement of the company's product suite and knowledge database. Provide feedback on product features, documentation, and project methodologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
* Client Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service, addressing their needs promptly, and exceeding their expectations. Serve as a trusted advisor and a reliable point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests.
Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related IT field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a technical role, preferably within a SaaS platform environment. Experience in the banking, financial services, or insurance industries is highly desirable.
* Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of financial instruments and their associated regulatory requirements within the banking or insurance sectors is essential. Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Exposed Person risk management practices is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills:
* Proven experience working with APIs, including familiarity with SOAP and RESTful protocols.
* Previous exposure to software development, with a good understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
* Proficiency in file transfer protocols such as SFTP, PGP, and GPG, along with knowledge of IT security best practices.
* Experience with SaaS applications and cloud services is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of database interfaces and the ability to work with tools like Postman and XML.
Analytical Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues are essential for success in this role.
