Job Description
3. Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
4. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
5. Handle employee queries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
7. Calculate deductions, bonuses, and other pay adjustments as required.
8. Assist with year-end payroll reporting and audits.
9. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance department with additional administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
11. Strong knowledge of Workday systems or similar payroll systems
12. Ability to fulfill a start to finish Payroll process
13. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
15. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and management.
16. Analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
