Role Overview
The Partnerships and Sales Manager will work closely with BAMAN’s CEO and Board of Directors to lead on business development initiatives and the successful delivery of strategic projects.
This role will be responsible for nurturing and growing BAMAN’s corporate membership programme, sponsorship and commercial collaborations and strategic partnerships, and developing partnerships that enhance BAMAN’s profile, influence, and member value. Alongside revenue growth, the postholder will manage, alongside BAMAN’s team, the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic projects that advance BAMAN’s mission, ensuring operational integration across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Following the launch of BAMAN’s corporate membership offer, the successful candidate will continue to nurture and grow the member base, adapt the offering to suit the needs of founding members, and assess the success of the project and report back to the CEO and board.
* Identify, negotiate, and secure sponsorship opportunities for BAMAN conferences, and strategic partnerships.
* Develop and maintain commercial collaborations with industry suppliers, media partners, and strategic stakeholders.
Partnership & Stakeholder Development
* Maintain relationships with key industry, education, and policy partners.
* Identify new partnership opportunities that align with BAMAN’s strategic objectives and member priorities.
* Support BAMAN’s representation in sector initiatives, consultations, and collaborative campaigns.
Project Planning & Delivery
* Plan, scope, and manage strategic projects in collaboration with the CEO, Board, Committees, and internal teams.
Account Management
* Act as the primary contact for BAMAN’s corporate members, sponsors, and key partners.
* Conduct regular review meetings, track contractual obligations, and ensure benefits are delivered.
Operational Coordination
* Integrate partner and sponsor activities into BAMAN’s events, education programmes, and campaigns.
* Work closely with Marketing & Events teams to ensure partnership and sponsorship activation is seamless.
* Ensure all activities comply with BAMAN’s Code of Professional Conduct, governance requirements, GDPR, and financial procedures.
Person Specification
Essential
* Proven experience in account management & sales.
* Experience in project planning and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at a senior level.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage concurrent projects.
Desirable
* Knowledge of the medical aesthetics or wider healthcare sector.
* Experience within a membership organisation or professional association.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, sponsorship activation, and partnership tracking.
