Private medical and life assurance Sizeable staff discounts What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Reward Advisor: Carry out salary reviews and benchmarking Support the development and implementation of salary structures, incentive programs, and other compensation policies Leading annual benefits renewal processes across multiple countries Implement effective reward initiatives, monitoring their success Partner with the wider HR team to promote employee engagement and understanding to ensure compensation and benefits practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organisation’s objectives Act as a point of contact and provide expert guidance for any rewards related queries Required Skills and Qualifications of the Reward Advisor: Prior experience working in compensation and benefits roles Highly analytical with strong problem solving skills A strong communicator with proven stakeholder management abilities Excellent knowledge of employment law around benefits Committed to nurturing a culture of ED&I in reward practices My client is offering an annual salary of £50,000 If you are interested and have the relevant experience, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV and we promise to get back to you.
