Job Description
Operational & Manufacturing Leadership
1. Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing operations across two facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production of high‑quality products
2. Lead the start‑up, commissioning, and ramp‑up of a new manufacturing facility, including staffing, training, process validation, and scale‑up
3. Implement best practices and innovative strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency
4. Ensure consistent manufacturing standards, performance metrics, and operating practices across sites
Facilities Leadership
5. Provide executive oversight of facilities operations, including maintenance, utilities, capital projects, and site infrastructure
6. Partner with Engineering and external vendors to support equipment installation, qualification, and ongoing facility readiness
7. Ensure facilities meet all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Logistics & Fulfillment
8. Oversee logistics and fulfillment operations, including finished goods warehousing, order processing, pick/pack/ship, and outbound transportation
9. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of products to customers
10. Partner with Supply Chain and Customer Operations to support service levels, inventory flow, and customer satisfaction
Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
11. Establish and maintain rigorous quality control and operational standards to ensure safe, effective, and compliant products
12. Work in close partnership with Quality and Safety teams to maintain inspection readiness and navigate complex regulatory landscapes
13. Stay current on applicable FDA, cGMP, and food/nutraceutical regulations and ensure enterprise‑wide compliance
Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
14. Develop and execute operations and manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans
15. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and adoption of new manufacturing and operations technologies
16. Support new product introductions and capacity expansion initiatives
Team Leadership & Development
17. Lead, inspire, and develop manufacturing, facilities, and logistics leaders
18. Build a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
19. Assess talent and drive leadership development to ensure the organization is equipped for growth and scale
