Your Role:

Lead, manage and develop the SEND provision across the school
*
Coordinate support for pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs
*
Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
*
Provide training, guidance and oversight to teaching assistants and staff

Qualified teacher with NASENCO qualification (or working toward it)

Deep understanding of SEND legislation and inclusive practice

Strong communication and leadership skills
