Sales Development Representative


Compensation: £35,000–£40,000 per year + commission (uncapped)

Location: Remote, London


About Infobel Pro

Infobel Pro is a leading provider of large-scale B2B, Point of Interest (POI), and B2C data. We help businesses around the world find and connect with the right customers through accurate and actionable data. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own our outbound prospecting and help build the foundation of our sales engine.


The Role

As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales process: generating leads, reaching out to prospects, and creating meaningful conversations that drive new business opportunities. This is a great role for someone who is comfortable on the phone, loves talking to people, and is hungry to make money and grow fast in a sales career.


You’ll have the opportunity to create and test outbound strategies, build a repeatable playbook, and eventually grow into an Account Executive or team lead role.


What You’ll Do

* Take full ownership of outbound prospecting across multiple markets.
* Make high-volume calls and send targeted outreach to engage potential clients.
* Identify, research, and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
* Create, manage, and optimize outreach cadences using tools like HubSpot and Lemlist.
* Build and maintain Account-Based Marketing (ABM) lists to identify key prospects and decision-makers.
* Book meetings for the sales team and follow up with leads to keep deals moving.
* Develop and refine a scalable outbound playbook for future SDR hires.
* Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy.


What You Bring

* Strong communication skills, especially on the phone.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and comfort working independently (remote setup).
* Motivation to learn, grow, and earn, you’re excited by sales and results-driven work.
* Experience using HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar CRM/outreach tools.
* Some experience in sales, customer service, or phone-based roles is a big plus.
* Ability to stay organized, resilient, and focused in a fast-paced environment.
