You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers and visitors on arrival into the showroom and ensure they are guided to the right person.
As a Receptionist, you will be a valued team member committed to delivering the best customer service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. You will make each Stoneacre customer feel valued, and provide the highest level of customer care, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group .

An average day as a Showroom Host…
11. Answering, forwarding and screening telephone calls promptly & professionally
12. Meeting and greeting visitors in a caring and pleasant manner
13. Booking train tickets & hotel rooms as and when requested
14. Assisting with a variety of admin tasks including database cleansing
15. Collating group sales figures to generate a weekly report
16. Maintain a clean & tidy Reception area, including daily cleaning of the coffee machine
17. Order stationery & sundries as and when required
About you…
18. You will be a strong team player and comfortable working with others
19. You will be clearly spoken with an excellent telephone manner
20. You will have strong influencing skills with the ability to build relationships as well as being empathetic, confident, engaging and pleasant.
21. You will be customer focused and enjoy providing exceptional customer service skills, meeting their needs.
22. You will be organised, professional and efficient under pressure.
23. You will have a full UK driving licence, good IT skills, administrative skills, and a good level of general education, ideally GCSE English and Maths.
24. You will have previous relevant experience working in a customer-facing role preferably within the automotive industry.
