Are you a Practice Nurse who wants to enjoy thefull range of Practice Nurse duties, such as immunisations, smears, woundmanagement and chronic disease management whilst building good relationshipwith our diverse patients? Thisexcellent surgery is seeking a Practice Nurse to come in and enjoy a widevariety of responsibilities, that will keep things very interesting from day today.

Hours 24hours a week to be worked on:
Option 1.
Monday, Thursday and Fridays combination ofam and pm shifts
Option 2.
Monday, Tuesday, Friday - combination of amand pm shifts
Please note that you will be required to workacross all 3 sites.

26. Minimum of 6 months post qualification nursing experience
Desirable
27. Qualification in chronic disease management and or INR or willingness to be trained in these areas would be an advantage
