7. Helping the pupil access learning and remain included within the classroom

9. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team
10. Recording observations and contributing to support strategies and progress reviews
SEN Teaching Assistant – Requirements:
11. Experience supporting children or young people, ideally with attachment needs, SEMH, trauma, or emotional difficulties
12. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
13. Confidence working in a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role
14. Strongmunication and teamwork skills
15. A genuinemitment to supporting vulnerable pupils
16. Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3) are desirable but not essential
