We're looking for a Mortgage Processor to join our vibrant and fast-growing team based in Fareham, Hampshire.
The perfect candidate will have experience in processing mortgages and submitting full applications, as well as a strong product knowledge and (preferably) a background operating in a similar role.

What you'll be doing:
* Online affordability assessments, AIPs and full mortgage applications
* Online identification checks
* Ensuring that all cases are progressing smoothly by regularly following up outstanding documents/information with all parties
* Producing relevant documentation in line with regulatory requirements
* Checking of client's mortgage offer documents for accuracy
* Engaging with customers in a friendly, complaint and professional manner
What we're looking for:
* Highly detailed orientated with the ability to work at a fast pace
* Experience of working in a regulated environment
* Product knowledge from key lenders across the market
* Experience of both 'prime' and 'sub-prime' lenders
* Able to work to deadlines as requested by clients
* Ability to build strong relationships with BDMs and Lender Support staff
* High levels of accuracy in work and excellent time management skills
* Goal-focused and excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
