We partner with more than 700 of the UKs leading banks, insurers and FinTech to deliver market leading insight on their business customers. Clients use our product to solve three mission critical business challenges, namely how to: identify & acquire, verify & onboard and retain & grow customers.
Following the recent acquisition of W2, a specialist compliance and fraud platform, FullCircl's identity solutions products are maturing to reach new regulated markets, including gaming and gambling.
Our web applications and APIs are now used by more than 15,000 end users in large clients including Barclays, Lloyds, NatWest, and Aon, as well as powering digital journeys for high growth challengers such as Tide, GoHenry, Mettle, Caxton, and hundreds more.
Having established a roster of blue-chip enterprise clients in the UK, FullCircl is now looking to expand its reach through continued investment in the platform and exciting partnerships with category leading vendors including Acturis, nCino and IDNow.
We have more than doubled in size over the past two years and is now a scale business that has been profitable since early 2022.
FullCircl was formed in 2021 following the merger of Artesian Solutions and DueDil. In September 2023 FullCircl acquired W2 Global Data Solutions. FullCircl is backed by top-tier investors which include Octopus Investments, Notion Capital, Augmentum Fintech and notable angel investors which include Dr Steve Garnett (EMEA Chairman SFDC).

The Role
Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will have a crucial role in the evolution of our SaaS platform and APIs to ensure that we are able to continuously meet our customers’ needs. You will be responsible for the roadmap of our web application and user interface, and contribute on API initiatives, helping us to meet our customers where they are today as well as give them a path to the future.
We are looking for someone who understands the value of good product management principles and how they can be used to build amazing products in the B2B space. We need someone who can develop a deep understanding of our customers and use it to help define creative solutions to the problems they face. We welcome debate and candid discussion about the pros and cons of our ideas, and the ways we can unlock value for our users. We have ambitious goals to serve a critical need in a thriving sector and are looking for creative and goal-oriented colleagues to join us in achieving them.
Key Responsibilities
* Discovery: Build a deep understanding of our customers, the problems they are trying to solve and how we might help solve them.
* Design: Oversee the design process for initiatives from ideation to production, working with a designer to finesse your own well developed ideas.
* Delivery: Continuously identify the opportunities we have to make the biggest impact, and work Roadmap management: Prioritise based on customer & business impact to ensure we are always working on the most important initiatives.
* Collaboration: Work closely with customer success, sales & marketing to ensure we take our products to market effectively.
* Advocacy: Evangelise and advocate for our users and our product, ensuring alignment throughout our business.
* Impact: You will measure, analyse and communicate the value of product functionality, iterating where necessary to achieve our goals.
You will be a self-starter, comfortable with a mix of challenges and fast pace. Day to day tasks will involve huge variety, from planning to design, to execution and presentation of your ideas back to senior stakeholders.
You will be knowledgeable and comfortable engaging cross functionally and at different levels of seniority. You will be collaborative but also tenacious in order to achieve your goals for the ultimate success of our team. By understanding the product inside out and understanding its business impact, you will quantify and articulate the benefits functionality in the FullCircl platform can bring.
Our ideal candidate will have
* Alignment with our core values (G.R.A.F.T.)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B product management role and 4 years total experience in product management or closely aligned function.
* Experience working on data-centric SaaS or API products.
* Experience using Figma to a high level to create mock-ups and present ideas to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Experience in interviewing users and stakeholders and getting to the heart of the problem, without jumping straight to the solution.
* Experience in working with engineering & design teams to synthesise user feedback and translate it into valuable product outcomes.
* Experience in crafting effectively prioritising initiatives to ensure we’re always concentrating our efforts in the most valuable areas.
* Proactive, iterative and pragmatic approach to solving problems, with the ability to find a new way when your original plan doesn’t work as expected.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to concisely explain the user impact of product decisions to stakeholders across multiple functions.
* Experience working with agile development methodologies, working closely with technology teams and other stakeholders across all stages of product discovery and development.
* Experience working with sales, customer success & marketing teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution of product features.
* Self-driven, comfortable asking difficult questions and eager to contribute with your own ideas.
* Analytical, clear thinking with strong attention to detail.
Nice to haves include
* Experience in building products for regulated industries i.e. banking, KYC / KYB, AML, financial crime or other compliance related use cases.
* Demonstrated ability launching products that may be Cloud/SaaS, Big Data or Machine Learning at their core.
* Solid technical knowledge such as experience in software development, data science or data analysis.
* Experience building products as part of a wider ecosystem, integrating with partners where necessary.
