If so, we are looking for someone with: A strong finance background and proven experience of managing budgets Excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to prioritise and adapt in a dynamic environment The ability to manage and foster positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Experience of managing a team A clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection A proactive, forward-thinking and approachable manner A desire to work closely with the Headteacher to support our vision and Christian ethos Key Areas of Responsibility Finance As a non-chequebook school, you will manage our spending plan and budget in consultation with the school finance team. Ensuring financial sustainability is vital, including managing procurement, contracts, and external funding such as grants and bids. Administration Oversee, support and maintain high-quality administrative procedures. Ensure statutory reporting requirements to internal and external stakeholders are met within required timeframes. Personnel Lead and coordinate HR processes, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation and practice. Premises Work closely with the Site Manager to maintain and develop school facilities, ensuring full adherence to Health & Safety requirements and effective risk management. Collaborate with building consultants on improvement projects. Leadership Line manage Office staff, the Site Manager and School Cleaners. Take an active and valued role as part of the school s Leadership Team.
