We are seeking a passionate, driven, and highly organized Kitchen Manager (Head Chef) to lead our kitchen team and maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
• Create and update menus with seasonal and cost-effective ingredients.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor food costs, portion control, and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with management to maintain a positive, professional, and efficient working environment.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a busy restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and international cuisine.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
• Good understanding of kitchen financials, stock management, and supplier negotiation.
• Relevant food hygiene and safety certifications.
