Sub-contractor Services As part of the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP), McGaffin Mechanical Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from suitable contractors to provide:- Renewable Technologies Inspector – may include but not limited to ASHP and Solar Technologies Retrofit Inspectors – may include but not limited to oil and gas heating, cavity and loft insulation Inspector EPC Assessor Scaffolding Contractor Adhoc labour - general labour across all workstreams Subcontractors will be appointed to work on projects located throughout Northern Ireland from May 2026 to May 2027.
