Overview
You will be part of the team responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive maintenance and installation service across the Trust’s estates, which will be responsive, efficient, financially effective and to a high standard. Queens Hospital Burton is looking for an Estates Officer (Operations) to work alongside professionals who care about delivering a first class service.

Responsibilities
* Contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive maintenance and installation service across the Trust’s estates, ensuring responsiveness, efficiency, financial effectiveness and high standards.
* Work with the team to implement specific objectives and responsibilities, with fundamental knowledge of health care estates installations, breakdowns, maintenance procedures and priorities.
* Possess good IT and communication skills and be prepared to participate in an on-call rota.
