Healthcare 1st Limited is a caring and committed care home provider, and an excellent opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to work with our client.
Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse full time, either Days or Nights, to work in a 90-bed care home which provides care for dementia, old age, physical disability, mental health, younger adults, and head/brain injury. It is set within a friendly environment.
This is a permanent role with excellent pay and working conditions.
* You will need to assess each patient’s needs, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care.
* Administer medications.
* Develop care plans.
* Work within the guidelines of the NMC.
* The Registered Nurse ideally will have already worked in a care or nursing home environment at RGN/RMN/RNLD level.
You must have:
* An up-to-date NMC PIN.
* Proven leadership skills.
* Excellent time management.
* A caring and compassionate personality.
* Honesty and reliability.
* Good communication skills.
* A professional manner.
* Motivation.
* Authorization to work in the UK.
The successful applicant must agree to a DBS Basic/Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
