The Grade II-listed five-star hotel is steeped in regal history, residing on the former grounds of King Henry VIII's Bridewell Palace. The hotel offers 205 stylish guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 1 restaurant and 1 signature bar.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and support the housekeeping team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across guest and colleague areas.
Ensure guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet hotel quality and presentation standards.
Collaborate with Guest Operations and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and personalise the in‑room experience.
Manage departmental staffing, scheduling, and productivity to meet business needs and KPIs.
Oversee linen and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock and proper controls.
Ensure guest laundry services are delivered efficiently and to required standards.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing performance feedback to colleagues.
Support departmental budgeting, cost control, and preparation of forecasts.
Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and local legislation.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging team culture aligned with company values.
