Account Manager — Contract Performance & Data Insights

Are you an analytically minded Account Manager who thrives on driving contract performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence? WPS is looking for a data‑driven Account Manager to lead national contracts, enhance service delivery, and provide actionable insights that shape continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary Account Manager and client contact, building strong relationships based on transparency, service quality, and data‑led performance updates.
Manage contract performance and compliance, ensuring all KPIs, SLAs, and audit requirements are consistently achieved across your portfolio.
Lead the delivery of data analysis, reporting, and performance dashboards, turning operational data into meaningful insights and improvement plans.
Monitor financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and cost control, ensuring contractual and commercial obligations are met.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data trends, root‑cause analysis, and operational performance reviews.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and supply chain partners to improve data quality, service efficiency, and customer outcomes.
Identify and deliver value‑add opportunities, service enhancements, and growth potential within existing accounts.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an Account Manager within property services, facilities management, or construction.
Strong understanding of contract governance, performance frameworks, and reporting requirements.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to influence decisions, assess trends, and drive service improvements.
Confident communicator with strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially aware, with experience managing contract budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Ability to interpret operational data and create clear, meaningful reports.
Flexibility to travel nationally as required.
