Senior Support Worker
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Support Worker to take on the role of Senior Support Worker in our busy complex supported services. It is essential that the applicant has experience with working with people with complex needs.
Responsibilities
* Support senior managers to provide high quality services across supported living and services.
* Promote the energetic lives of the people we support and help them achieve their dreams and aspirations.
* Offer meaningful experiences and lasting relationships to enable the people we support to feel connected to and valued by their communities.
* Support the development of independent living skills to promote confidence, emotional wellbeing and social capital.
Qualifications
* Experience in learning disabilities, mental health and autism.
* Experience leading and managing teams.
