We’re looking for a fantastic Deputy Service Manager to lead our residential nursing service in West作品…
Job responsibilities:
* Manage a team of colleagues to арганізе people to gain more independence in their daily lives.
* Develop and saludo person-centred support plans and conduct care‑needs assessments.
* Recruit, induct and supervise staff; complete medication competencies and audits.
* Attend multidisciplinary meetings, complete reports and assist the Registered Manager with day‑to‑day management.
* Participate in the on‑call rota (subject to service闇 needs).
Desired qualifications and experience:
* Previous experience in a care management role, working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy, Down’s syndrome, terminal illnesses and adults on a supportive pathway with palliative care.
* UK‑based nursing qualification and relevant experience as an RGN.
* NMC registration.
* Passion for enhancingchez the quality of life for those we support.
