Head of Learning and Development
Location: Yorkshire & North East (Regional role with hybrid/flexible working)
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you passionate about people development and creating a culture of continuous learning? We are working with a growing care provider to recruit a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Learning and Development to lead the L&D strategy across their services in Yorkshire and the North East.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering a high-impact learning and development programme that supports workforce capability, compliance, and retention across all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and oversee the organisation’s learning and development strategy across all services.
2. Lead on the development and delivery of mandatory training, induction, and role-specific development pathways.
3. Identify skills gaps and design targeted training interventions that support quality care delivery and service growth.
