Role Responsibilities Work closely with budget holders to review spend, forecast accurately, and manage variances Produce and support monthly management accounts and financial reports Analyse real-time financial data and model different scenarios to assess impact of decisions Monitor budgets, income, and expenditure to ensure accuracy and control Support year-end accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance requirements Improve financial processes, systems usage, and reporting efficiency Essential Requirements Experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Confident working with and advising non-finance managers and senior stakeholders Strong Excel and data analysis skills with high attention to detail Good understanding of financial controls, regulations, and governance Professional finance qualification or part-qualified status (AAT, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) Benefits Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
