RedBull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Manager - Driving & High Street to be based within the UK. The Driving & High Street National Account Manager is responsible for achievement of volume, profit, and net revenue targets, interacting closely with the wider RedBull business including Category, Logistics, Field Sales, Finance & Brand and Marketing teams. You'll manage the complexity of customers trading both from a direct and indirect perspective and work with the team to ensure commercial planning is robust around Price, Range, Distribution, Promotions, Activation, and New Product Development. All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Deliver growth targets driven by business plans aligned with customer and RedBull priorities. Evaluate account activity and apply learnings. Forecast, drive growth, and track development of relevant accounts for informed decision-making. Ensure accurate forecasts of volume, profit, and point of sale materials. Manage customer contact strategy proactively to remove obstacles. Hold timely meetings with contacts to develop overall business plans and conduct top-to-top meetings with key customers. Build and maintain internal contact strategies across functions like sales, category, logistics, finance, brand, and consumer teams. Become an expert in category, consumer, and customer insights, working closely with internal category contacts. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of high-performing NAE’s across diverse accounts. Act as a brand advocate to customers, the trade, and RedBull, reflecting brand values to enhance perception. Proven account management and P&L accountability. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Experience in high-level negotiation. Experience in writing and delivering joint business plans. Self-starter with results and customer focus. Proven track record of achievement. Travel 30-40%. Location
