Go back University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust
Consultant Clinical Scientist
The closing date is 11 June 2025
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Clinical Scientist to join our Radiotherapy team. The Department has completed the replacement of our fleet of linacs in 2022 following the installation of our second Halcyon, and the associated IT infrastructure was replaced in May 2024. Additionally, the Trust is working closely with local charities to upgrade one of our Halcyon linacs to enable adaptive radiotherapy delivery to the patients of Staffordshire through Varian's Ethos Adaptive Therapy System. Plans are also in place for expanding our brachytherapy service to include prostate needle therapy.
