Job Title: Intellectual Property Paralegal
Location: Whitechapel, London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are working with a well-established law firm who are looking to add an experienced Paralegal to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment, supporting solicitors across a range of legal and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and agreements
* Managing case files, including opening/closing files and maintaining accurate records
* Handling administrative tasks such as email management, filing, and diary coordination
* Supporting billing processes, including invoices, debit/credit notes, and expenses
* Assisting solicitors with day-to-day tasks, including conflict checks and PA support
About You:
* Previous legal secretarial or paralegal experience
* Knowledge or experience in Intellectual Property
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
* Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
