Role Description
The Events Audience Coordinator will play a key role in managing and growing attendance for our healthcare events. This full-time position is based on-site in Bolton and involves tasks such as coordinating with attendees, maintaining event databases, assisting with event planning and execution, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience. The Events Audience Coordinator will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to reach targeted audiences, increase event participation, and provide post-event support.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management to organize and execute successful events.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with attendees and stakeholders.
Experience in Sales to assist with engaging target audiences and driving event participation.
Keen organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency with event management software and tools, as well as familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Previous experience in coordinating or managing events is preferred.
