Pay Rate: £120-£232.56 per day (depending on experience)

Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the curriculum
* Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress and development
* Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment
* Supporting the wider school ethos and participating in school activities and events
* Working closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil well-being and achievement
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 1 or Foundation Stage
* A strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
* Passionate about early years education with excellent classroom management skills
* Ability to differentiate teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* A team player who is adaptable, creative, and committed to professional development
