Permanent / Full Time Hours: 37 per week (Monday to Friday with a willingness to work evenings & weekends to meet the needs of the business). Salary: £40,000 per annum. Location: Hot Desks across Birmingham Museum Sites / Hybrid.
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to manage our People & Culture team within a dynamic and ambitious cultural organisation.
This role will oversee the delivery of the core functions of the team, which include two administrators who focus on recruitment and payroll administration.
The post-holder will report directly into the Director of Transformation, and support and lead the delivery of People initiatives; they will oversee employee relations, provide advice and support to managers across our organisation, and coordinate workforce development.
