Candidates we’re looking for:
* NMC registration — Either RGN or RMN
* Demonstrable experience post-registration in a similar setting
* Preferably experience in a care home or elderly setting
* Commitment to delivering high-quality care
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Warmth, empathy and a desire to make a difference in residents’ lives
