The Senior Logistics Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes for our Logistics Operations Centre. This includes managing transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of material. The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
* Delivering programme plans on time ensuring flawless launches and operations
* Ensuring robust compliance to audit standards and operational processes
* Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline operations
* Ensuring delivery of the area's scorecard metrics
* Be able to process and action a complex range of data sets to show operational effectiveness and lead projects for improvement that contribute to best in class standards
* Be able to understand resource calculation tools and equivalent to drive waste reduction throughout the operation

* Ensure full compliance with audit standards across all logistics activities.

Qualifications
* Extensive experience in material planning and logistics within a supply-chain environment.
* High attention to detail with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
* Broad experience across multiple logistics functions, providing solid understanding of end-to-end processes.
* Knowledge of warehouse management operations, control processes and inventory flow.
* Proven experience managing and developing a team.
* Strong analytical and statistical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
