Frontline - As the first point of contact, whether assisting with bookings, resolving complaints, or answering queries, we ensure every customer interaction through call, email and integrated chat platforms is managing our customers journey with clear expectations throughout. Bring your passion for great customer experiences, along with confident phone skills and clear written communication, to understand and respond to our customers' needs - all while working together towards our One Team, One Mission, One Outcome goal.
Customer Support Administration - These teams are the backbone of our operations, maintaining a customer-first ethos for both our internal and external customers. Covering a range of activities from compliance, record keeping, data entry and trend analysis, the roles within this function are the foundation of our business having a direct impact on our customers and organisations performance. With interactions being mainly via email or chat platform with limited telephony enquiries comes plenty of opportunity to utilise your power of the written word.
