Role
* Advise clients on issuesincluding financial settlements, children matters and protective orders
* Manage a caseload independently and support senior colleagues on more complex matters
* Drafting legal documents, pleadings and correspondence
* Preparing bundles for/attending court hearings
* Playing an active role in business development
You
* 4+years PQE with experience across a wide range of family law matters, including Family Law Act proceedings, financial remedies and children matters
* Experience of pre- and post-nuptial agreements is desirable but not essential
* Ambitious and keen tocontribute to the team's growth
