Executive Assistant (Gr G)

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant (Gr G) to join our dynamic team, providing critical support to our executive leadership. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and will require a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling. In addition to traditional administrative duties, this position involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining confidentiality in all communications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of supporting senior executives and will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our leadership team.

Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
* Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents to support executive meetings.
* Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Coordinate and communicate various projects and initiatives on behalf of executives.
* Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and handle inquiries with discretion.
* Assist in the preparation and execution of meetings, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
* Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by executives.


Requirements

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related administrative support role.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £20.37
Location: Kingston Upon Thames, South West London
