Description
* Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects from inception to completion.
* Ensure all projects meet specified quality, budget, and time constraints.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Prepare project documentation, including technical reports and specifications.
* Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain smooth operations.
* Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress and report updates to relevant parties.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the life science sector.
Profile
A successful Senior Project Engineer should have:
* A current valid driving licence
* An engineering background (mechanical/electrical preferred)
* Experience managing engineering contracts (NEC3 / NEC4 experience desirable)
* Background in M&E or construction-based project environments
* Proven track record delivering engineering projects to challenging deadlines
* Ability to plan, organise and lead multiple project streams
* Strong communication skills with confidence dealing directly with customers
* A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to lead field-based teams
