Procurement Analyst

This Procurement Analyst role sits within the Procurement and Innovation department in a genuinely lovely company based in Welwyn Garden City.
My client provides purchasing solutions to businesses requiring long-term management and control of their overhead purchasing. Established for 20 years and employing over eighty staff, they are now one of the leading providers of expense reduction services in the UK with customers ranging from £billion turnover PLCs to SMEs and doctors surgeries.
Initially you will be using existing templates to input data and to apply cost comparisons. As you become more advanced the role could develop and become more complex.
Procurement Analyst Responsibilities
1. Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers
2. Data analysis inputting, price comparison and sanity checking of analysis within set time frames using Excel and CRM.
3. Use of analytical problem-solving skills in providing information/ suggestions to Account Managers.
