We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join our team. Duties
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly documented.
* Assist with clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and organising documents to maintain an orderly office environment.
* Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping and invoicing tasks.
* Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain organisational systems for both physical and digital files to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing assistance as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
* Proficiency in Xero is desirable.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail are required for data entry tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy office setting.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
