* Support residents with daily living activities, including assisting with food and drink and following individual care plans.
* Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to promote a positive quality of life.
* Ensure residents receive one-to-one attention and tailored care as required.
* Contribute to a nurturing, safe, and respectful care environment.
About You
* Experience in caring for older people is preferred.
* Can-do approach with excellent communication skills.
