Tennial Personnel are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Administrator to join our client's team based in Great Blakenham on a temporary to permanent contract. This is a part-time position offering 15 hours per week, typically worked across 3 days between Monday and Thursday (10am to 3pm). There is some flexibility with working hours, making it an excellent role for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. This role also comes with the potential opportunity to progress into a full-time position after a successful 12-week temporary period, subject to performance and business requirements. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the office. Your responsibilities will include: Entering data into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy. Processing and preparing invoices in line with company procedures. Carrying out general administrative tasks including filing, scanning and document management. Responding to emails, phone calls, and other communications in a professional manner. Maintaining accurate records and updating information as required. Supporting colleagues and management with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects. Skills Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal A proactive, adaptable and professional approach Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Qualifications Required Previous administration or office support experience preferred, though full training will be provided Knowledge of invoicing or finance processes would be beneficial Positive attitude and willingness to learn Keywords Administration Part Time Office
