Banksman - Toome - Permanent An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banksman to join a leading construction and manufacturing site in Toome. In this role, you will support the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and mobile plant across site, working closely with drivers and operatives to maintain high safety standards and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. About this role: £14.00 - £17.00 per hour Monday to Friday Opportunities for ongoing training and career progression Permanent role What you'll be doing in this role: Directing and coordinating vehicle and mobile plant movements on-site Communicating clearly with drivers, operatives, and management to maintain safety Providing accurate and effective hand signals and instructions Monitoring entry and exit points for deliveries and collections Completing daily equipment and safety checks Supporting the maintenance of a safe working environment for all staff and visitors Reporting incidents, near misses, or hazards promptly What you'll need for this role: Valid Banksman/Traffic Marshall qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience in a similar role within construction or manufacturing Strong understanding of health and safety regulations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain calm, focused, and vigilant under pressure Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented Riada Resourcing is an equal opportunities employer.
