This role for a Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk is located in/around York.
You are your OWN BOSS, being self-employed and managing your own calendar.
The Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk will be responsible for conducting property inspections, creating inventories and schedules of condition reports, performing mid-term inspections, and generating check-in and check-out reports. Additional tasks include fire risk assessments and other related duties to ensure compliance and accuracy in property management.
Qualifications
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and MUST have own transport
* Proficiency with digital tools and technology
* Prior experience in property management is a plus
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
