Being a part of the bowling team you will be right at the centre of each customers visit to our facility, they will be greeted by you for any information or directions for their time with us. Whether that's booking to bowl on our lanes or information on our parties to locating our restaurant.
The perfect candidate will have a welcoming can do attitude with the ability to work with others as well as on their own.
Our busiest periods are weekends, evenings and public school holidays so a perfect team member will have flexibility to work the shifts required.
No two days will be the same. The role involves a high level of customer service including welcoming customers, taking phone calls, hosting our parties and bookings, we are looking for high energy and enthusiasm to give our customers the best experience
Our booking system requires the right candidate to be confident on with working on the computer and organising bookings to ensure that everyone can enjoy their games with no rush Thinking on your feet can be a key part to the role
The typical shifts for this role are;
Morning Shift - 10am-4pm
Evening shift - 4pm - Close ( this can vary depending on group bookings and parties)
With the occasional All-Day shift.
Please note these shifts may change depending on bookings and parties.
With an immediate start, full training will be provided
