Linear are working alongside a growing Construction company looking to hire a Operations Director.
This role includes working alongside colleagues at all levels, initial client meetings, during the pre-contract stage, through to completion of each project, with the business mission of achieving a sustainable future at the forefront of all decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Execution the company’s business strategies to achieve the planned growth.
* Build relationships with local authorities
* Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans for new projects. Taking full responsibility for P&L.
* Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of the Construction team providing guidance
Skills
* Extensive in-depth knowledge and experience of the construction industry
* Proven record of managing delivery of residential projects
* Experience of relationship building and business development within the industry
* Effective financial planning, budgeting, and cost management
* Strong commercial awareness
* Familiarity with legislation and management best practices
* Visionary leadership skills
